What Next?

Once you sign the Title Deeds and become the new legal owner of the property, just like a UK purchase all the payments need setting up from your bank account on direct debits. This is of course your utility bills (electric, gas & water) as well as local rates (IBI) and in most cases rubbish removal.

Your legal representative will have assisted you with opening a bank account or again that is another service we can help with, however if you have taken out a mortgage the provider will have already done this with you. From this account you will be able to set up direct debits for all the services, again your legal representative should offer assistance with this or alternatively it is something we can help with.

You also need to consider things such as buildings and contents insurance, making a will, life insurance, health insurance, furnishings etc. We pride ourselves at Marina Estates for our excellent after-sales care and we will be there to offer you advice and assistance with all your requirements.
